We got called in to completely revamp a roof. The customer needed us to tidy up their roof that wasn't holding up well. So, what did we do? We started off by getting rid of the old shingles, replacing damaged plywood as needed, and then the real fun started. We installed a fresh layer of GAF Tiger Paw synthetic waterproof underlayment, right under a stunning layer of 30lbs felt. This was quickly followed by the new GAF Timberline HDZ Reflector shingles in eye-catching Stone Gray. We made sure everything was sealed tight and color-coordinated, from the ridge caps to roof vents. We were contacted by an amazing client with the request to install a new shingle roof. It's not every day you get to completely transform a home like this! First, we peeled off the old roof and replaced any worn-out plywood. We set up a new metal drip edge, vent stacks and also added new valley metal and chimney flashing to the mix. For the shingles, we used cool roof Asphalt Shingles – nothing but the best for our customers! To keep everything waterproof, we put down our trusted 30-pound felt underlayment and UDL 50 Titanium Underlayment. Just wrapped up a roof repair and tune-up at the ARCO Gas Station in Wildomar, CA. The folks there called us having some trouble with leaks. We got right on top of it, removing around 600 tiles to get to the root of the problem. After carefully installing a new waterproof base sheet underlayment, we replaced and reinstalled the tiles, making sure to swap out any that were damaged. We also added mortar to the roof wall for an extra layer of protection. Sit tight, Wildomar, no more leaks on our watch!

Working over here in Newport Beach CA, we were contacted by a customer who had a leaky roof. Their request was simple - they needed our team to remove and reinstall their existing solar panels, fix the affected shingles, and do some damage control with the plywood. So, here's what we did: firstly, we removed the existing solar panels. We then took off the shingles over the leaking spot and replaced any damaged plywood. With that done, we installed a new waterproof underlayment to prevent any further leaks. Once secure, we began work on the aesthetic - installing new shingles to match the existing roof. We're on site handling a homeowner's call for roof work. They noticed a few damaged tiles and a leak. Our course of action included a Lift & Relay - we removed their existing roof tiles, replaced damaged plywood, and laid two layers of a waterproof underlay. We installed new vent stacks, along with a shiny metal drip edge, valley metal and chimney flashing. Then, we carefully reinstalled their roof tiles and replaced about 100 that were beyond repair. We also installed new colored mortar caps and gave the roof vents a fresh seal and coat of paint. We cleaned everything up and left the place spotless. All part of the plan - inclusive of labor, materials, and permit costs. Good job, team!

Our customer called us in a bit of a panic. Their roof was leaking in three places, and they were worried about damage to their home. We jumped into action, removing a section of tiles and replacing the damaged rafter tail, plywood, and shiplap as needed. We ensured future leaks wouldn't be a problem by installing UDL 50 Titanium waterproof underlayment and resecuring all loose tiles. We even swapped out the nonmatching tiles for a more aesthetically pleasing look. Next, we added mortar caps to prevent any roofline leaks, installed a downspout to existing rain gutters, and replaced the old, cracked tiles. The last touch was to clean up and haul away all job-related debris.

We were summoned to solve a bit of a roof situation today. To start, we ripped out the old material and gave any bruised plywood decking some TLC. Our careful hands removed and reinstalled coping metal and a couple of rows of tiles. We swapped out two 2X2 skylights and roof vent pipes over the flat area. The magic solution? Modified Bitumen Torch Down. This champ went onto a fresh waterproof base sheet and ensured all was shipshape. We adjusted drains for proper runoff and linked the flat and tile roofs seamlessly. Rest assured, we didn't turn a blind eye to any cracked or loose tiles - all in order now. As always, we left the premises spotless. Mission accomplished.

We were contacted by the customer because they had some significant roof damage due to a fallen tree. We addressed the issue by providing a new asphalt shingle roof. We got rid of the old layers, swapped out some damaged plywood decking, and fixed up a chunk of damaged shiplap, all courtesy of that fallen tree. Our team then installed two unassuming vents and a new metal drip edge. It didn't stop there - we added new universal starter shingles around the garage roof's borders, a fresh underlayment, and Title 24 compliant asphalt shingles. We were called by the homeowner who was having trouble with a leaking area in their roof. To fix this, we removed a 10X10 area of tiles over the problematic spot. We did a thorough inspection for any plywood damage. Thankfully, all was well. Then, we moved on to installing new waterproof underlayment, ensuring everything was sealed up nice and tight. We proceeded to install the homeowner's replacement tiles and sealed all roof vent pipes for good measure. Our team wrapped things up by cleaning the area and hauling away the debris.
